Pan Greasing Mixture

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup flour 1/4 cup shortening
Beat all ingredients together. Store in fridge. Brush in baking pan when the recipe calls for greased and floured pan.
