As Subject says.. why isn't there a track-specific newsgroup?
It could either be focused on track riding/racing or it could be a "fixed" newsgroup about all fixed
gear bikes - but then you'd get fixed mtb riders as well.
I'm just wondering because cyclingforums.com has a track group.
How do groups get created anyway?

Yeah, I guess so. RBR is so full of noise though! I used to read it but haven't for a while now...
