Here's a question for all of you fellow wrenches...
I'm removing a Cane Creek ZS headset from a 2001 Bianchi XL EV2 frame. The problem is that the inside of the headtube is tapered near the ends, creating a close fit between the back of the headset cups and the headtube. This prohibits the Park Headset Cup Remover (or any others by that design) from getting a grip on the back of the headset, making the cup removal difficult.
Does anyone know of any tricks to remove the cups?
