I just noticed that if you try to visit the HRS blog, you get the
following error message ... The requested URL was not found on this
server. I'm not sure what happened. If anyone knows please let us all
know. I'm hoping that those who claimed to take down BROL were taken
down themselves.
If the HRS blog should reappear though, keep the following in mind. At
www.blogger.com, the posted terms of service include the following...
Member agrees not to transmit through the Service any unlawful,
harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, or harmful material of any
kind or nature. Member further agrees not to transmit any material that
encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise
to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state,
national or international law or regulation. More specifically, a
member agrees not use the Service to: (a) upload, post or otherwise
transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive,
harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of
another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable.
Should you feel that the HRS blog violates the terms of service above,
feel free to file a complaint with www.blogger.com. If enough
complaints are received, the HRS blog should be gone for good. Who
knows what these toddlers will dream up next to garner attention, but I
don't much care either.
