  1. Hello Again:

I looked in the FAQs and didn't find anything on this. Thanks in
    advance.

  2. Turkey breast, ham, hard salami are usually 0-1 carb. Just stay away
from obvious things like honey glazed ham and read the labels of any
meats with filler, like pimento loaf, bologna, etc

It varies dramatically by brand. Look on the package, or ask at the deli
    counter for any sugar.

Also, you can look online for the manufacturer of the brand(s) your favorite
deli carries. Just last week I looked up Dietz & Watson, because I had a
hankering after some pepper & pickle loaf and purchased a half-pound. It
turned out that the P&P Loaf and the Olive Loaf are high, at 7 g/2 oz. Most
of their other selections were low, at 0-1 g/2 oz, and they also provided
    ingredients for each variety.

Nowdays, most major manufactuers provide nutritional info online. Otherwise,
    ask at the deli.

If worse comes to worse, and no brilliant ideas arise, learn to eat a
sandwich without eating the bread. Or learn a technique in which you
only eat a few bites of bread, and the rest is the meat and veggies and
cheese. Ask for extra mayonase or veggies for more taste and eating food.

Depends on your geography. In the US a huge portion of
sausage and other meat products are zero carb. Read the
label and pick among the many with zero. Reading the
label does suggest that you won't want to get stuff over
the counter until you've read the label for the same thing
    in the main cases.
