Complaining to YHA about this gets you profuse apologies and promises that it won't happen again but it does not get you a copy of the magazine.
I don't know why I should be especially privileged, but I always recieve my copy of Triangle. The only reason I didn't know what it contained is that I haven't opened it yet.
Nice to know that they're upgrading the cycle facilities though - particularly the secure storage.
