Seeking front derailer recommendation

I think a handfull of chainring spacers to ensure all three rings are
about 7mm, center to center, from each other.

Thanks, as near as I can tell the current spacing is closer to 6 mm.
Did TA use a narrower spacing than is now standard?

I would say so. Start with the small ring inwards a wee bit and the big
ring outwards...and see how that does.
