Whole milk organic dairy, boiled eggs, coconut products, dark
chocolate, organic fruit, simple breads (no fat - like the French
baguette) are all fine. But potatoes, for example, are okay, you just
have to make sure you get the greenish area off, if it has any in the
first place. My point about posting this is that with few exceptions,
many foods can be either "healthy" or "unheathy," but most people
assume that soy is either one or the other. If it is fermented, is
seems okay, but in the form of tofu, I would avoid it entirely. -
How about poached eggs?
The French baguette is made from white, refined flour. Mon dieu!!! This
is on your "good to eat" list? Potatoes? Would you want them as a
staple food item?p.s. As far as soy is concerned, I don't consider it food so the
question regarding it is moot, for me at least.Rob
