There is much truth in what you say - I expect! ;o)

Profound indeed. But there are obvious exceptions.

This is of course always a possibility.

I note that if the OP was to add all of the numbers together, multiply
the sum by his age, then divide the product by the square root of the
whole minus the number he first thought of, he would thus make the
purpose of his query much more self-evident.

Obviously he/she/it thinks, so therefore he/she/it is! ;o)

This has been a stressful week... I'm totally confused now LOL

Have you ever, either now or some time in the future, been a well
known phrase or saying. If you know the answer please don't say
    anything now.

On the signal, kindly nod your head if you have, or smile to the tune
of Nimrod from Elgar's Enigma Variations if you haven't.

My answer: lift 30 half 10 like men instead. Got it?

This type of response was very funny the first time.
    Moderately funny the second time
    Somewhat tiresome the third time
    Stupid the fourth time

Oh! That's much clearer. Why didn't you say so in the first place?

I'm utterly baffled by what you're trying to ask.

    I'll try to decode it.

"u take 20 lbs" means you pick up a twenty pound dumbbell.

"no lifting for 30lb if guy" means a guy who doesn't lift should start
with a 30 pound dumbbell (meaning women and children should start with
    20 pound dumbbells)

"so divide 2" Yay! Math! That's universal. I assume you mean divide
by two, meaning in half. If you're dividing 2 we kind of need to know
what you're dividing it by. 2 divided by 3 is different than 2 divided
    by 2, for example.

"u dont sit" means God knows what. U is probably "you", dont is
probably "do not", but are you telling us to stand while we hold these
dumbbells? (Are we supposed to pick up two tens or 1 twenty?)

"u get 10 but for guy it no 30" Well, there's that math again: 20
divided by 2 is 10. Only guys who are really really bad at math would
get 30 when they divide 20 by 2.

"so 20 would be for guy if u werent a girl" sounds like there are many
interesting categories of "not a guy" other than the ones I see in my
world. Perhaps children are involved in this somewhere.

In that case, won't someone please think of the children!?!

Do you know the "I'm looking for a kit (just add water?)" guy?

Oh and I think the answer you are looking for is 315lbs.

My gym was SO packed last night, I had to park across the street in a
bowling alley lot...there was not a single space at the gym...yay!

I've been stunned by how packed my gym is, too. Luckily, I don't drive
to it or I'd never get a parking place, either. (I live 1/3 of a mile
    away = maybe 600 meters - and jog there as a warm-up.)

Hmm, if someone was collecting info on the whereabouts of hippos, you
sure make it easy for them. Don't you feel very VULNERABLE as you jog,
knowing SOMEONE could easily just turn their wheel and run into you?
(notice I said "into" instead of "over"?) someone who was perhaps
unhappy with you for some reason? You sure make it easy...

    It's those stoooopid new year's resolution drop-outs.

It is the season of the Christmas 'fatties', and most gyms will be
busy until the 'fatties' give up their New Year resolutions and de-tox
    routines.

By packed, she means she can't fit through the door.

It was not too bad once I got parked. Most of them were in
'spinning' class, so the gym itself was not too crowded. At one point
last night, 6 high school age guys came in, went downstairs to the
dumbell rack, then they all stood in a perfect row in front of the
mirrors, doing dumbell curels for a few minutes, then I "kid" you not,
    left a few minutes later...

Last Sat. I had like 3 dudes watching me do squats from out of the
    sana window...creepy.

    Good times, good times... :P
