Help me out with sizing...

Hi all, Been out of the game for awhile, so I could use some advice to refresh my memory... I'm about to buy a freeriding rig... I'm around 6'3" - 6'4" in height. The mnfr site lists the biggest size as a 19", but my distributor may be able to get me a 21". Which would you recommend?... Would a 19" fit me alright? Cheers, N.
