For the past year I've used a Kettler Stationary Bike rather extensively. It appears that the "Q" factor on this bike is a good 1" wider than my Ultegra triple roadbike. I believe this has caused some discomfort with both knees; specifically the inner knee area. Has anyone else experienced this problem using a wider stance on the pedals? I realize that there is a product called Knee Savers that increases the "Q" factor to prevent knee damage.
