London to Brighton - best Sat night b+b near the start?

Hi there. I am entering this years London to Brighton cycle ride and a few friends, and need to find a the cheapest bed and breakfast to the start line in Clapham Common to crash the night before. Anyone got any suggestions? We are happy to book now to get in before everyone else. The cheaper the better! Thanks, Paul
