  1. Here in the Netherlands we have a well known Dutch brand that just offered a new model, the Gazelle
EasyGlider. It's a beautiful bike, but I test rode it and it is a tank. I find it a beautiful bike
    and I'll enclose a photo link ... members.home.nleasyglider.jpg

I had planned on buying it until I test rode for an hour or so. It is very heavy. I'm now looking at
the Giant Revive. In the Netherlands they are offered in five versions with one having 21 speeds,
the model DD. Since I vacation in France and Germany, I will probably buy that flavor of the Giant.
I took that one for a short test ride, but now that I've ruled out the Gazelle, I'll give that
another ride and see if I like it enough to buy it.

I think these new hybrids will capture the attention of the ordinary rider and will sell like hot
cakes. If I don't buy the Giant, I'll just wait until someone offers something similar. Take a look
at that Gazelle ... for short trips it is more than adequate.
