Cos they are spammers I guess.

I don't know if you changed the spammer's URL because I have not seen
the original but if you didn't please do not propagate it by quoting it.

IMO there are three sensible ways of dealing with newsgroup spammers:

(a) Report the spam to their provider - often there is an address
for such reports in the header - e.g.
Complaints-To: [email hidden]

(b) Ignore them

(c) If you can't resist the urge to respond to the post change or
remove the information that helps the spammer. It can be fun to
accuse them of spamming too but unless they are a relatively
small time spammer they won't be reading any responses...

Might not be sensible but asking them to drop by for a chat might be worth
doing.
