Don't know what those mostly fat women were eating but they didn't lose
any weight.
Eating low fat while living off of cokes and low fat process foods
isn't much of a diet.

Now comes the problem (and the snow job)as to the catagory of fats
pertaining to cholesterol increases, or will there be silence. -
Where does it say they were mostly fat?

getting cancer or heart disease has found that the diet had no effect.The $415 million federal study involved nearly 49,000 women aged 50 to
79 who were followed for eight years. In the end, those assigned to a
low-fat diet had the same rates of breast cancer, colon cancer heart
attack and stroke as those who ate whatever they pleased, researchers

after 6 years only lost .8kg.
