Dinner tonight was simple: chili dogs. Yes, that's canned chili: Wolf
Brand, of course. We added some powdered red chipotle and some mole
to the chili, though. Along side are slices of avocade with tomatoes.
Also a couple of slices of pear.

This looks and sounds wonderful but I'd need some kraut on those bad
puppies 😉 I'm not sure how kraut would go with the chipotle and mole
though.

Seriously looks really good. Now, where is the cole slaw or french fries

Ok, the cole slaw sounds good. I like grated Cheddar and chopped sweet
onion on my chili dogs. I am a creature of habit as far as chili dogs go.
Iffin I make 'em myself, I put more chili on them than any normal person
would. I am usually so full by the time I have eaten my dogs that a side
dish would stand in line but never make it to the Matterhorn Ride.

Sometimes I like mine loaded down. Cheese, onions, kraut, mustard, and mabe
some chopped tomato. Other times I just like 'em plain without much on
them.
