I just watched an old Julia Child show with
Rick Bayless. That was weird. He had a lot
more hair (of course), but he seemed like he
was heavily sedated. I suppose if you're
used to watching him in his present manic
persona, seeing the same guy acting like a
normal person would seem sedated by comparison.

My favorite old show with future food stars is the first one she did
featuring Emeril. He was sooo camera shy, he looked like the
Hunchback of Notre Dame because his head was so low.

remember was William F. Buckley. Bet mine was weirder.

LOL - Who was "weirder," Tom Waitts, Dinah Shore or William F.? -- to you?
Are you old enough to remember the 'noise' about Jackie not inviting William
F. to the White House because she couldn't stand the way he flicked his
tongue? Laughing-

next to Julia, because she was rather tall.
