My daughter is a freshman on the high school synchonized swim team. Their team is undefeated and will be going to the State Meet this coming weekend. GO TEAM!! To avoid a unreasonable early start, the girls will be staying at a hotel overnight. My question is what do I send with her in the way of snacks that is nutritional, but doesn't get eat up the night before.

We can't help with any parties the night before, other than to say she should eat sensibly and get plenty of sleep.
High-carbohydrate breakfasts (pancakes!) are always popular the day of a meet so long as she has enough time to digest the meal. But her coach may have some preferences about how to eat the day of the meet. Have you asked her coach?

Thanks ....
Anything you send is likely to get eaten up the night before. My kid prefers those cereal bars, you know, Honey Nut Cheerios in a condensed milk and sugar loaf?

Thank you for the advise, the hotel had a breakfast bar with pancakes!!!
Team came in second, with tough competition losing first place by only three points. You win some - you lose some.
