Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a road bike and would like to know what is the recommended tools and parts to take on rides.
I carry a spare inner tube, something to inflate it with, and maybe a tire lever. I know there are people who carry lots more tools and spares. I guess maybe they worry more than I do.
Spare tube, mini pump, lever, spoke wrench & cell phone.
I carry a spare tube, a pump, tire levers, multi-tool, a patch kit and a cell phone (for those particularly wonderful more-than-one-flat-in-a-day rides).
A few euros also never hurt... whether for a snack hafay through the ride!!!!

That's what I carry, and I find it to be sufficient. This doesn't fall under the tools category, but I would also carry and ID of some sort on you in case something happens.
