It is funny that you bring this up. I was thinking about my father's funeral the other day myself and remember the hundreds of people that came through to pay their respects. We had to delay the burial because people just kept coming.

Sometimes people feel very insignificant and un-influential in their lives and often say or joke that if they die they would be forgotten in ten years. Very few people ever fully know the impact they have on other peoples lives and to be frankly honest with you, I think it should be this way.

I have not swindled anyone that I can recall and in general would feel relatively sure that no one would overly celebrate my passing and that several tears would be shed.
How about you would anyone except your bike mechanic miss you?

Many purveyors of beverages will be inconsolable at my funeral.

In a bizarre twist of fate, it is my sad duty to tell you all the rather sad news that since beginning this thread, our friend Mr Huskey has passed away (I say 'our friend' but to be honest I never really liked him).

Anyway, personal sentiments aside, his funeral will be held online at www.netfunerals.com on Monday morning at 10:00am (PST)

i dont have a large group of friends, i have loads of work collegues who would probably turn up through obligation
..

i would say my close family and about 5 or so close friends and my collegues. prolly less than 30 people.

the good thing about a corpse is, as the old saying goes, 'dead girls dont say no'

they dont nag, get 'headaches' or mind you sleeping around (with dead or alive people)..

We are "SOL" the sewer plant called and they said they won't take any more [censored] from us cyclists.

How many people would attend? Lol I guess most funerals today they will all send you a Facebook comment instead of actually attending. Oh but you've got 4,548 friends on there. I'm not sure I really care how many people go to my funeral. I won't be there. Its about as bad as planning the funeral. Being fascinated with death is an odd one even though the majority seemed to have it.
