My commuter bike has 27x1-1/4" tires and a sidewall "bottle" dynamo. The tires I have on their now have large gumwalls and the generator wheel slips too much on them. Does anyone of tires in this size that have a proper generator strip, so that there's less likelihood of the generator slipping? Thanks!

I have searched the Conti book, only found 2 tyres in your size, Ultra Gator Skin and Ultra Sport. Neither have a strip for driving a generator. I will keep looking in my catalogues. What brand are you using now?
