My name is Liz. I run in St.Louis, Mo
When i run the tongues of my shoes slide to the outside which causes
the shoes to fit different as i'm running so i have to keep retieing as
the tonge keeps sliding.it happens even when i put the laces through
the hole in the tongue.is there anyone out there with this problem or

Liz,
Try retying your shoes by skipping one of the lace eyes on each side
normally used to tie through the tongue slot so that the "bow tie" that goes
through the tongue slot has a larger angle. This will tend to make slipping
more difficult.Bob
