Mountaincall to be withdrawn
We regret to inform you that the Met Office's Mountaincall service will be
withdrawn on Friday 28 April 2006. The service is being discontinued because
the cost of producing it is significantly higher than its revenue based on
the level of demand from our customers, therefore it is not a viable
commercial service.
