I coulda, shoulda included carrots as well.

We had a very nice potluck at work that included Irish Stew (yes, it
was lamb), corned beef and lots of green things like pesto salad and
cole slaw. Did TGIF at Chevy's (no green beer for me) where I ordered
a humongous top shelf margarita... boy, it was STRONG! We split a
couple of huge appetizer platters which were ok, not great. The
person who called the names of waiting customers had a thick Irish
accent... I really thought it was their way of acknowledging St.
Paddy's Day. Turned out it was no joke. He's from Ireland and has
only been here for 3 years.
