How would you cook this?

It's something called 'Choco Salo', and is pork fat covered with
chocolate. My sister lia and i have a bet that its warmed up pork fat,

not really cooked at all.

In the interest of Science, it is your duty to order this , eat some
and report back.

It is an Ukrainian product, salted and rendered pork fat covered with
chocolate. It is produced twice a year - for New Year and for April 1st
- and is a joke product, not really supposed to be eaten, though people
still do, of course.
