I'll be doing the Fenland Flight 200 on Sunday. My first Audax!

If I can enter on the line I'll be seeing you there. Either on a Giant
if it is dry or a racelight if it is wet.

2300 start with an overnight; that's very odd for a 300; is there a 400
on the same route ?

Yes on June 3rd. The late start is to prepare one for PBP (it also gives
some time to get home on a Sunday afternoon/evening)

Shame, shall be doing the Dales Grimpeur, a 300 into a Sunday is not my
idea of fun. Just fitted the SQR for Severn Across; am now ready for
all weathers.

Yippee! I'm looking forward to it! It couldn't be a more different ride
to last weeks hilly Spring into the Dales though. See you both tomorrow

I did the 400 last year. Only one p+nct+r+, though that outside the
smelliest dairy farm in Cheshire. Not much scenery save a crossing of
the Long Mynd. Only promble was that, while it got a bit chilly
overnight, it utterly failed to get any warmer the next morning. And it
rained for the last 5 km.

I think my mate Pete is doing the 300, so if you see a chap on a shiny
black Velokraft VK2 recumbent bike, that'll be him.

200, the Full Monty with 4.5AAA, (ulp!). Bike undecided but almost
certainly the Ribble yellow Galibier basher with a triple chainset.

Sounds a good choice. I'll be using 34x25 and will probably be
doing the 200k as well.
