I don't care. I like meat. Beef, Pork, Lamb, Chicken, Duck, Turkey, Goose,
Fish, Goat, Rabbit, Alligator, and damn near anything else that walks,
flies, or swims is all good eatin' if it's properly prepped and cooked.
Vegetables are good food, too when properly prepared. But I've never yet met
a vegetarian who could cook worth a damn. Worst of all are all those
"pretend meat" foods like soy-based "veggie burgers" or erzatz cheeses.
Blech! Exuse me while I go get my boeuf bourguignon out of the oven.--
