  1. So, I was reading labels in my kitchen and noticed that the ratio of
    polyunsaturated to monounsaturated fats on the canola oil label looks
    the opposite of what I expected it to be -

    Should I be concerned or is it just a typo?

    Must be a misprint. The USDA SR18 lists the opposite.

    If it's canola oil, they must have reversed the numbers for the
    monosaturated and polyunsaturated fats.

    Should you be concerned? Well, that depends on whether you think
    they're more careful about what they put in the container than they are
    about what they put on the label!
