do u guys know of a splined hub that would work on a 2006 LX, im looking
to make my LX stronger than it currently is

Check two things:
1. Hub width, usually from flange to flange.
2. Bearing size, by outer diameter.
If you can find a splined hub with close measurements for those two
things, then it should work. Although I tend to doubt it's possible.

Nah it just has to be within like a cm all together. You can usually
bend the legs out on a steel frame.

Frames are usually the last thing that needs to be upgraded.
