  1. Howdy folks.

I have an unridden set of budget Shimano 7/8/9/10 compatible tubular
wheels that I built on a lark and realize I probably won't use. The
hubs are new Tiagra, the lowest line Shimano that have the double seals
(contact and labyrinth), QRs included. The rims are NOS Mavic GP4, the
older/lighter version, 32 front and 36 rear. Spokes are Sapim Race
14/15/14g. The lacing was a bit of an experiment, but with
conservative components it should be plenty sturdy. The rear wheel is
2x crow's foot on the drive side and regular 2x on the non-drive. The
front is modified crow's foot since you can't do true crow's foot with
32 spokes, so it is alternating radial and 1x crow's foot. I got the
idea to lace this way here:

I got all the parts cheap, so I can sell these for $100 plus shipping.
If shipping is more than $15 or so I will split the charge (continental
U.S. only). Anybody interested? I am also looking for recent
Campagnolo 9/10 speed components, Veloce or better so I would trade or
partial trade for some of that.

    Thanks, Doug

  2. Still got 'em. Nice reasonably light, plenty strong starter or back
tubular wheelset :^) I would straight trade these for a nice 9/10S
Record rear derailleur with the carbon fiber outer link (maybe split
    the shipping or something though).

    Thanks again,
    Doug
