The wheel size wont affect ease of dropping. Tire and plates are what
affect that.

I meant on like bmx style 20". also, I had a chance to try a bmx 20" BC
and spencers trials BC aat MOAB, and the trials seemed easier to
control. Is that just because I was riding it more?

Trials bcs are for 2 things, hoping and dropping. They SUCK in all
other areas, they are slugish and werid. However if you are doing big
park ramps sometimes the slugyness helps.

The tire is pure prefrance, Im still looking around for the perfect
tire for what i do.

Here are things to think about.

For muni you want:

Wide, Very bouncy, low psi, and tons of tread.

For Flatland you want :

High psi, very little tread, thin (such as 2.1 or 1.75)

For Trials you want :

Bouncy, Little tread, wide.
