You're kidding me right? That course puts me to sleep! Maybe come out to Lakeside next saturday if you want, reverse direction with a big hilltop finish.
Cat 1 is like that, too many wannabe sprinters. Sometimes a last lap lunge works as they all look at each other to do the chasing 🙂

Hey that's good Mick, there are some very fast finishers in Cat 1.
TT was not great, and I have all my excuses ready 🙂 I got a bad cramp last week and strained it, had a really easy week but it cramped again and I had to slow right down and just spin. I also borrowed a front spinergy 4 spoke at the last minute and forgot to check the pressure, it only had 50psi in it. I tried out my TT bars I got on ebay and some bar end shifters. That was good as it not exactly a flat course, only got off the bars for the turnaround, where I realised the tyre was flat, and on one hill -I had a small camelbak on as well which was good.
Got second in my age group which would have been ok had it not also been second last 🙂
