lm new to SPD pedals (4 mnths).Sometimes they seem to squeak,other times they dont.Is it my shoe or the cleat or the pedal?
l drop a little oil on pedals + cleat occasionally, but it doesnt always work?
And how will l know when the cleat is worn out too?
any help appreciated
