  1. I am a Cat 4 racer looking to train in the off season. I live in the East Bay and work on the Peninsula.

I don't have much of a program but really interested in riding/training with people who have knowledge or some experience.

    1. How many miles a week do you go.
    2. Average ride distance.
    3. Average speed over flats, hills, and mountains.

Sorry I didn't post the information in the orig. post.

I'd like to get 50-60+ miles on the weekend and I am home from work at 2pm on Tues. and Thur. so can ride until dark.

I did about 125-150 miles during the year.

Depending on the ride it ranges from 14-17 mph for easy days on up.

As said earlier, I am open to some new things, just doing long slow miles every so often in last winter didn't do it for the season, so I am looking for something new.

    I am open to anything.

I meant to write 125-150 per week, not for the whole year.

Easy spins I usually go at 14+ mph but could crank it up if needed.

I am not much of a climber so if you are a great climber you won't want to ride with me.

    Let me know.
