yes that was linked in the London Lite to the article about RLJs /pavement
cyclists getting fined; one dangerous cyclist's much like another after all.

The vast majority of those are suicides.

From the Railway Safety Annual Report 2005:

- During 2005, 33 people died in incidents on the railways, excluding
trespassers and suicides.
- 280 members of the public died as a result of trespass and suicide, of
whom 189 were confirmed or suspected suicides;

Perhaps we should point out that although some cyclists do some silly
things, there are nowhere near enough of them doing silly enough things
to make a number of weekly TV programmes about it.

Yet cyclists say purpose-built cycle tracks are too dangersous!!!!

I don't know why they don't just get a few hungry animals to clear it up.
