There is a hex bolt on the side of the shifter. Access it by sliding
a hex wrench under the rubber hood.

p..s. mine is a shimano

There is a groove in the outboard side just hidden by the hood. It
leads to the allen bolt head. 5 mm I think. Peel back the hood
slightly. You might need a cheater tube on a regular allan key.
