WTB: 54-56 Touring Bike, classic steel lugged

Unless you absolutely require that it have lugs on the frame, you might
also take a look at a Fuji Touring. Steel, all the braze-ons, etc.
Just no lugs. From your descrip, you'd probably want a size 54 in that
particular model.

If you can do without lugs, Surly is going to sell a complete Long Haul
Trucker starting next spring. Price should be around a thousand dollars.
