Losing a really dumb husband like Steve is no loss at all. They are better

    Better off without you!

  2. Meh I can't believe I got trolled by Mr Ed.

At first the silence disturbed me... I was worried that my
slightly-abusive post might've pushed an already strangely unbalanced
mind over the edge into suicide or something of the sort. Seeing the
reply I thought "this is the Usenet after all..."

Mr Ed can wallow in his own Americanism... either he's a provocative
troll (thanks in advance to the inevitable 15 posters who will
congratulate me on working this out all by myself) or his head, neck
and shoulders are so far up his rectum that his spine is forming some
    kind of loop...

I suspect you & I would see eye to eye on many things. Do you also like
    Tom Lehrer?

    Dave

I love Tom Lehrer. I only wish he hadn't quit doing what he does so early in
his career. For someone with such talent we are left with a fairly small
body of work. It is amazing how many of his 50+ year old songs are still
    funny and topical today.

Isn't Tom Lehrer the anchor of the PBS nightly news program? What
does he have to do with songs?

I have no idea who Tom Lehrer is, but Jim Lehrer hosts a news program.
