    Unfortunately, I read the TOC's response along thie lines of "There
    shouldn't be that many people putting bikes on the train. We'll have to
    investigate" as "We'll have a crackdown and make sure only 4 bikes go
    on each train". I hope I'm wrong, and that they actually do something
    to increase the number of bike spaces available.
