Burley Samba Tandem built for road riding. Suntour Bar end accushift shifters, new mini-V brakes. 26" wheels with smooth road tires provide nice ride and roll fast; wheels are capable of field and fire road-type riding. Mountain bike-like sizing is 20" captain and 16.5 stoker. I have a 31" inseam, and the Captain position is fine for me with additional seatpost height available. My wife wife has a 30" inseam and the stoker position fits her great. Black with Yellow decals. Tool bag and rear rack included. Current Samba model sells for $1500.
