Nope. They're a touch faster this year. The current standards are in the NCAA rulebook, which I
think is up on the NCAA.com website somewhere. I also have them posted here:

The historical 'invited times' for men are here:

The only cut that is slower for men this year is the 1650. Everything else is either the same
or faster.
