just did my first power ride on my new wireless SL, it worked great. i get home and try to download my data into the trial version of cycling peaks WKO and it says it cant find the specified file in Comm1 or comm2--I am lost-any ideas

also,I think it already has a low battery because it flashes low batt at the bottom when I am selecting through the bottom row. Is this possible?

make sure the dnload harness is plugged into the right com port and specify it on the CPS homepage.
the lo batt message means just that; leaving the cpu in the harness for a long time is said to drain the battery, but I can't confirm that.

yes, I have specified the port--as far as the battery, I just got the thing yesterday
anyway, it keeps saying that an error has occurred-timeout waiting for a response-anyone know WTF that means?😠 -

okay so its working this morning,but it is only downloading a 49 second ride-with a max watts of 54-even togh the display still shows my average and max watts from the ride-the 1hour 54 min reading from time is gone but the distance one is still there😕
