I was out in Arizona last New Years for Ohio State Game. The weather was awesome perfect for riding. I unfortunately was bikeless. The roads seemed nice outside of Tempe. Trail ride in parks perhaps.

In Bay Area CA, we ride everyday and winter just use arm warmers for first few min. Temps are usually around 60 in Dec.
