My Topeak small toolbag clip has become loose and the clip rattles on rough
bitumen surfaces. Annoying. I've tried to jam a tailored rubber wedge
between the mount and the bag, but the rattles still persist, from just a
small remaining movement between bag and clip. Any patent cures out there?

Bob CWrap electrical tape around what it clips to. As many times as is
necessary to take up the slack.Joseph
