Maybe a 'swing-cage' would help if it is merely short of space. Surely
most CF frames use AL or stainless cages, some cages are CF but not all
by any means.

She doesn't have any clarification. Heck, I'm not even sure that the
salesperson really said 'has to' or if it was the spin that my neighbor
put on whatever it was that was said.

In any case, she remembers 'has to' so that's what was said....even if
that wasn't what was said. Know what I mean?

I'll suggest a swing or side entry cage.

Get a side entry cage made out of
anything. I will charitably suggest that she misunderstood the salesperson.
If someone ACTUALLY said that, then they are sadly misinformed.
