After running Tufos for 2 years now (for daily commute and weekend rides) I'd like to try the new Conti with the Vectran layer. And if you have experience of this tire versus the Conti Gator tubular, even better. Just don't want to pop the $'s and find they don't work as advertised.
Problem on this part of the world is that we have "goatheads" and they go through most tires I've tried. And they are really sharp, sharper than newly broken glass it seems. You have to always have some sort of Tufo or Stans puncture latex in your tire if you ride around here.
