  1. From the comments I have read, it appears that the Armadillo Elite and Gatorskins are the best anti-flat tires. I was wondering which is a better performing tire in terms of weight and rolling resistance.

I, like many, would like the best of both worlds in a tire but I realize that's not possible.

    Thanks

    Armadillo.

  3. Schwalbe Marathon Plus are better than both for puncture protection. They roll well but are heavy and a real bugger to get onto the rim.

Armadillos are very rigid and give a harsh ride.

  4. I haven't experienced a puncture with my Gatorskins in the past five years of riding. They perform well and are lighter than Armadillos.

  5. No complaints with Dillo Elites on my commuter this season.
