    Im a canadian hiker and use this site. Some say hiking is not good
    training to be runner but I will prove them wrong.

    Is English is your second or third language? You will not become a good
    runner by only hiking nor will you be a good hiker with only running.
    Do we need to spell out the corollary of specificity? And you wonder why
