  1. I can run this without injury so does that mean that i should be able
to build up to marathon mileage?
I've been running or doing pretty big hikes almost everyday for a
couple months without injury. Does that suggest my legs are not
defective? Im asking because I did spend 2 years with groin, shin, and
ankle injuries from running to intensely in the beginning.

No. Doug Freese will place his curse on you and iinjure you again.

    I was running 30 min / ~5 km (10kmph @ 26 min + 15kmh @ 4min)
some times back, then stopped running because of ankle pain. After
4 months, I started to run again. This time I am careful. I started
    this
time with 10kmph for 15 min, 3 days a weak, increasing 10% distance
    every week.

    Now I am running 30 min (10kmph @ 27 min + 16kmh @ 3min), but
I couldn't even think of running at 22 kmph for 2 hours.

All I know is YMMV - "Your mileage may vary". 🙂

See the doll, see the pin, see the pin stick in the doll? The curse has
    been set.

    Break a leg PK!
