  1. Lack of sleep dramatically increase your chances of getting the flu.
    Im thinking high stress and poor sleep makes you more likely to have
    inflammation type injuries and take a long time to recover.

    Definatly the flu I'm sure it also aids to injury although I could be
    run. You have to remember running takes alot out of your body and
    lack of sleep probably increases it. I don't know about stress. I
    use running to release stress but everyone is different.
